Re Vcall: Yes, I listened to Jenkin's talk at the Emerald Conference. One needs the RealAudio Browser Software Plug-In from RealNetworks and, of course, an audio card in the computer and loud-speakers. The RealAudio software is free but one needs to download it and install it in advance. Go to the Vcall site at www.vcall.com for particulars. Gerry
