Little that I can suggest objectively here without knowing more details, nevertheless I suspect an intention to try to sell the whole co. or in parts(spin out) based on majority vote(as of in the case with being the largest independent shareholder). Does anyone know who has the majority or whether the TEO's and their group do have achieved majority? Do they have a seat on the board and if so, will the other board members be in favor of a spin(sell) out, will still have to be determined, if the above scenario is going to happen.
