Dave: Don't know if the SEC issue caused the stock to tank, or if the stock "tanked" at all. I just think the possible MM manipulation driving it to $3.+ was the problem. If you eliminate that day and look at the stock since 1/1/98, its doing just fine. If BAAT gets through the SEC investigation, and it is only a normal SEC inquiry, then this should help. If this was a SEC setup by the "investor" who filed the complaint, then it will only take time to sort out. We'd all like it to get to $3.+++ again, and it will if BAAT is real. IMHO it is!
