Keeping EBAY on my radar due to this DOJ lawsuit. EBAY is getting sued for apparently selling "rolling coil" devices which are designed to let folks pass emissions - illegal.

The fines if this goes through could be $2B (8% of their current market cap). From what I can gather it looks like there is evidence EBAY hosted these items.

Depending on where this goes it could be a good reverse value target as this would make them pretty overvalued.
My thought is to take a Graham approach but look at potential overvaluation. I believe Dr. Burry had written about this on the value forum once, but I think this is probably a better spot for this discussion today.
