> WHY would a terrorist state warn its victims to flee before an airstrike?

1) They weren't before now... now they have to

2) There are now hostages, Israel doesn't know where they are and some will probably be killed if Israel insists on leveling Gaza.

This type of terrorism, and it is terrorism is a tactic known as asymmetric warfare. Its a pretty horrible thing for sure. But the families of the dead are equally devastated no matter how their relatives are killed. And one side has 23 times the misery of the other.

We're not seeing the pictures of whole families blown apart in Gaza on the news.

> So you were lying when you said they aren't equally immoral.

That's a pretty disingenuous comment in itself. Not worthy of civilized debate. I have no reason to lie since I don't have a bone in this discussion of "who is better."

You seem to continue to think I'm on one side or the other. I'm not. I see it all as foolish religious bigotry. Both sides suffer. It's idiotic.

I do see religion as being an irrational "us vs them" mindset that has caused a huge amount misery in human history. The main cause of war. It's idiotic.

> And why should casulties be balanced?

I don't know what you mean by that. Like god should step in and make it equal?

23 to 1 is a pretty big difference. Its compelling evidence that one side is a big bully IMO. They bulldoze at will under the fascist government and they've been doing it for a very long time and strangling Gaza for a very long time.

I was listening to a Rabbi today who called Netanyahu a fascist. I agree with her. I think things were going pretty well for the two sides for awhile in Israel after the Camp David Accords. But of course Begin was assassinated by the right. The hard liners took over again persecuting Palestinians which strengthened the right on that side.

So it was inevitable... its the same thing as the Jews fighting back against the Nazis in the Warsaw Ghetto. Drive people to the edge where they have nothing to lose and they'll fight back by any means, fair or unfair.
