How about a reverse merger? CS Wireless could bail out CAI, take control and become a publicly traded company. CS would then not have to do an IPO in the future, and CAI would avoid Chapter 11. And since CAI owns 51% of CS, at least half of the common share value of CAWS would be preserved. It's a win-win!
