Good Morning Larbro,

Attached is a good read on KMI and there albeit slower growth (due to their huge size).

It points out the falsehoods that have been hyped on us during this "Green Revolution" beginning.

So far KMI's C02 division has been breakeven or marginally profitable. As it begins to benefit from greater flows of captured Carbon it will become the "go to" source to transport it to the shale deposits for enhanced oil recovery techniques.

The views of OXY's CEO are not well understood.

KMI's earnings will come out on 10/18/23 @ 3:30 EST.

One of their largest 20203 projects is ramping up this quarter AND THE OTHER WILLR AMP THIS QUARTER.

Traditionally Richard Kinder will express where he intends to increase the dividend to, which is usually effective starting with W 2 of next year. If it is like 2023 it will be a small .075 or 3 cents annually which would put it to $1.16 annually. To be optimistic it would finally go to where they wanted it to be back two tears ago (1.20). Hopefully with the two big projects going from outlays of Capex to revenue, the EBITDA will justify a bigger increase. Either way it is a nice steady revenue stream of 6.6%.

It would be nice the see the price get a 2 handle!

Enjoy the read!

Bob
