PAM, Your points are well taken. I also believe the buyback is a good idea especially since Joe uses stock for acquisitions. The plan gives current investors a reason to hang in there when volatility hits the stock. It also gives new investors some comfort if its their first pass at a BB stock. I think the word dissent may be a bit strong. A difference of opinion ,yes. Joe will always have the final word and when we when need to see the direction of the company we need only to read his posts Michael's differing opinions on this board are a bit strange but if you knew him you would understand to some degree. Maybe they do things differently in England. Since I know both of them I am not concerned. Best Regards
