Make friends with non-Hamas instead of treating non-Hamas so badly they join Hamas. People made whole by Israel would have no reason to help Hamas and BIG reasons to help Israel. It would be a long, long generational process that the Netanyahu side would never do because hate benefits their access to power. But this has been a long generational process where young Palestinians see no end to misery so they have little to lose and want to strike back any way they can. There are PLENTY of Israelis who agree with me.
