yes exactly! Unfortunately Sapiens management is not famous for being the great communicator of the world (like Ronald Reagan was or President Clinton is)! Even I who is watching this company like a hawk was not clear exactly if the law suits are all done, and the status of settlements, etc. It is a matter of perception that drives the stock and I have a strong feeling many (like I did) continue to think the law suits are not completed and is a continuing saga.

Also it is very frustrating as how the distribution is going to be. Since no one yet knows the exact nature of the distribiution (i.e. wether it is going to be all cash or stock or combination of both) I would like to continue my thinking on the fact that most (big guys in the case) think there would be some stock associated with the settlement distribution. And thus based on the option price of those shares that the Judge will decide, an artificial manipulation of the stock price is taking place at present time (as I explained before). But that is all speculation, otherwise I really have no idea why on earth the price of SPNSF is not moving up. Based on the facts and fundamentals about this company at this time, in my opinion SPNSF should be at least in its high teens, low $20's, and yet it is lagging at around $6 1/2! So I am still trying to figure this out! Wall Street sure acts funny sometimes!
