Ron:
We take the stand that it is inappropriate to release significant information about exploration results without having a signed CoW. This is because: A) the market is still extremely reticent about Indonesian exploration plays; B) recent activities in Indonesia and its economy, reported in the media, have given this concern a new spin (and not a nice one); C) officials there have changed the rules in the past; and, D) reasonable prudence dictates that an exploration company should secure mineral rights ANYWHERE before publishing results, particularly positive ones. (This may be balanced by the fact that what you find at surface may or not lead you to a bedrock source, which is why drilling results are more credible than float or stream-sed results.)

I hope this helps.

Greg
