Thread - Can anyone comment? I'm thinking of buying the "Metastock 6.5 + OmniTrader 3.2" bundle from Nirvana. Has anyone combined these two and do you have any comments?

I have used Investograph For Windows but because of inability to adapt their programming language to filter trades along with no help from Liberty Research, I have decided to look at the above-combination.

For mutual funds, I like the systematic approach that "Monocle II" allows. I believe that I will feel very comfortable with OmniTrader.

From the posts I have read, Equiis seems to always stay ahead of Omega Research and Liberty Research with product development and ease-of-use. I want to look back in five years and say, "Boy, I'm glad I got that software!"

You have been in my position in considering what software to commit to in the past. With your experience, would you please give your impressions of OmniTrader and Metastock? Would you consider buying the
Bundle, "Omnitrader + Metastock"?

Also, given the choice between Supercharts and Metastock, which would you choose? (The purpose is to trade stocks and mutual funds, not commodities).

Thanks, Skipperr
