When President Trump was inaugurated in 2017 he immediately: —Paused all refugee resettlement —Suspended Somali refugee resettlement —Suspended Syrian refugee resettlement —Imposted a full Travel Ban on terror-plagued nations (a first in U.S. history) —Suspended visas to “recalcitrant” countries (ie won’t take back their citizens) —Established new global vetting regime All of this — all of it — was unprecedented. And the beginning of so much more to come. As I’m also sure you recall, the Democrat/Corporate media descended into frenzy and fury. We were sued from every place and direction, especially in the 9th Circuit. The Deep State went into full sabotage mode. Never-ending legal battle commenced. And yet we received relatively little support we received from republican politicians and professional conservatives alike.
