Not a value play but possibly up the Greenblatt/Burry tree so will post here. Rain Therapeutics Inc. (RAIN) They are a oncology company that was trading at $14/s and is now at $1.07/s. Now overall I would not invest in this type of company until I saw they received a buyout offer from a current shareholder for $1.25/s. Now the board is reviewing the offer but the other thing that caught my eye was that Tang Kevin C just acquired 4,024,486 shares of RAIN according to a SEC filing. This now gives them 11.06% stake in RAIN. I have bought a small stake here. -Sean
