I understand and agree. Especially "minimal" risk plays like TLT. You have the 3.5%+ yield and if interest rates in a year are down a half a point from here you gain 10% on the underlying vehicle. 20% if interest rates are a point lower.

Not bad odds, IMO. Not a lock but timing this "right" will be very lucrative, especially for those closer to retirement....
