I'm using the Appian J2 card and you can adjust the refresh rates for each separte monitor. I've run the card both on a Windows N.T. 4.0, 200Pro with 120m Ram and also on a Windows 95 133P,64m Ram and it works great on both expect that on the N.T. 4.0 ,I had some problems with the mouse pointer disappearing which I coudn't solve so I prefer to run in on the Win 95 Machine.
