Doug, Do you mind looking at PRTL? It was looking like it was heading down to the ACT but earnings were released and it started back up. I was lucky enough to cover at 19 1/8 before the release, Thurs close. The question is does it go up from here or resume it's move back to the ACT? I think Peg or someone said the chart looks good and moving up. TIA ms
