Jonathan, I strongly disagree. I do NOT think Ira has any intention of pushing the price down. Yes, he may have vented some frustration and offered to buy shares back at .01 cent over the current ask price. But who wouldn't be frustrated with the abuse he has taken on this thread.

It would serve no purpose for Ira to come on SI and degrade himself and his company. He is trying to grow a company and to move that company to a larger board, such as NASDAQ or AMEX. I think some imaginations are getting a little carried away here.

I know your intent is good, but I think you should really think about what you say a little more carefully before you post. There are a lot of people that read this thread. Some that I know of own more than 200,000 shares, but they refuse to post on this thread because of the lack of professionalism by some of the posters.
