barbara and All: This stock WAS shorted and shorted pretty heavily. I know at $3 it got killed all the way down to $1 where the shorts started covering. It was shorted through a Canadian brokerage firm, and I do know many of the short players. THey shorted 5Million shares from $3 down, and are goign to short again. They are calling BAAT a scam, and these guys have hit it right before with HRNT, RMIL (OVIS), and TRGC. Be careful to all investors, if the SEC halts this, it will get ugly. So to all that think bb's cannot get shorted, think again, happens all too often and I am pissed. Hell, I think I will call the firm in Canada myslef and open an account...if you can't beat them, join them... Ryan
