Pete, I read the same information. I am just curious as to how this will affect the stock. I am not sure how much everyone on this board has followed CDMD but I would think with the implementation of their Credit Card programs in June through Berwyn Holdings which is another subsidiary that this would potentially increase the stock dramatically. Per there SEC filings they are looking at 1 -1.5 million credit cards processed in the next twelve months at a profit of $12 dollars a shot. This is pretty substantial for one part of CDMD business. The stock clearly is under valued at this point it is just a matter of where it will go with this latest news as well as the profits from Credit Card processing through the end of the year. It seems to me that they are in better shape now then in the past year by far. I just can't understand the current stock price. The other question which could determine the stock moving up is how much the 400,000 shares of First Equities will be worth to Command Credit and its shareholders. This most likely will be a very positive influx to the business due to the fact they are trading a losing subsidiary for net profit in the form of the 400,000 shares. I've been in CDMD for a long time and have shares at a multitude of prices so for me it is especially confusing. Through talking to many differnet people the belief is that this will be a HOT stock. My question for everyone is where I can find more information on this Radio show that is to take place next week which CDMD will be part of. Thanks in advance for all chat. See Ya
