I think there would be plenty of demand, at least pre-Covid. Economy was strong, we were the closest to peace we had been in a long time. Compared to the rest of the world, we were the leper with the most body parts still attached. We could always have tried some and gauged the demand from the first few auctions then adjusted from there.
We were paying through the nose for short term paper these last few months and now they finally decide to start trying to ramp up the long end issuance AFTER rates have climbed. It's like they're trying to bankrupt us. I'm really starting to believe Dems are purposely trying to destroy the country. They've killed common sense, time proven values resulting in the problems we're now seeing everywhere. The whole enlightened single parent/missing parent experiment has been a disaster. Fiscal policy a disaster. Foreign policy a disaster
Quotas ... Defunding police... immigration... destigmatizing mental illness... We're going to set a new speed record for an empire collapsing. I can't believe the stuff I see online and in the news. Thank goodness I'm isolated out here. We just popped some psycho a few days ago. How's that song go? Try that in a small town.
