I said the new data just released and I'm actually talking cities. California has a lot of rural that still has common sense. I used to be stationed there and yes, most of the interior is great. It's San Francisco, LA etc but that's also the population centers.
I'm in Missouri. Same thing but much smaller so like where I live, most of our smaller town crime is bleed over from the thugs in St Louis and KC though like I said, Springfield has recently become bad on the north side.
The incident I mentioned was some punks passing through from KC trying to do a home robbery and found out the hard way the owner was home and armed. No trial needed, no risk of repeat offender and no cost to tax payers. This is the way.
