A 12 year Cup&Handle is… well, it’s just a large wiggle :)

It may take some time. Looks like the peaks of the past few years are pointing to resistance in the low to mid 190’s. GLD will need to break it, will likely pull back and retest - and then, yeah, the path will be open.
