Bob, Since I think that I am the only one who posted ACTUAL COURT CASES that have FULL LEGAL PRESIDENCE in the matter of trader v. investor so I wonder if your comments that those who post court cases are not correct... and that's BECAUSE they didn't post, (did I read you correctly) WEB SITES!!?? . Please tell us I read this wrong. . Let's discuss the ON-POINT issues I posted earlier today. . Trader Status is real. Your commentary may be (because of the nature of a Web BB) posted incomplete. . Clearly there are issues I brought up that you should address... like the Long-term issue that I am now wondering if that was tongue-in-cheek or something else?! (g)
