Yeah, a failed H&S is actually a good continuation signal.

Years ago, i used to “translate” classic TA patterns into EW terms. If you draw a line through the middle of a H&S (through the top of the “head”) down — what you see to the right of that line is a low —> lower high —> lower low.

In other words, it’s an ABC. So, a failed H&S is, in effect, a correction. A continuation pattern.
