James,

I do think you have some good points but
I don't agree on several points. It is true that
SS has menctioned to me of that "RP has stated
he has nine news releases". I told them directly
I thought it was BS. They (SS) NEVER told me they
have seen or read those press releases, in fact
they told me they agreed with me that RP has stated
a number of press releases in the past that never
materialized, and that proof was in the pudding!
I don't penalize the company MXMX for SYCR mistakes,
UNLESS the same mistakes are then applied to MXMX!

The same info you menctioned in your post that
you received from IR, I have received from SS -
regarding advertising picking up and reviews are
forthcoming. I haven't heard any "pie in the sky"
projections REGARDING MXMX. I have heard estimates
on how much sold product it would take to make MXMX
profitable though - I don't find anything wrong
with that.

As far and PN having a busy schedule, he
probally does....this isn't important as long as he
does fulfill his obligations in a timely manner. We
will have to wait and see.

Overall I have a better opinion of SS, though
they may have made mistakes in the past. I have found most
their information accurate (regarding MXMX mind you)
and later confirmed. I do have my red flashing light
indicators on watching the stock because of the SYCR
debacle though and I do think we need to watch MXMX
very carefully from now on. I intend to hold on to
this stock for now unless something should come along
to change my view of MXMX.

Tim
