Tim,

"You are right. I just checked the Marketimer and Bob's policy is to use First Class mail. I consider this almost worthless as the post office doesn't guarantee timely delivery."

Yeah! I live in Canada and Bob's ideas--the newsletter and broadcasts--are cornerstones to me. I often get the Marketimer four or five days after people in the States get theirs. I too would gladly pay a heavy premium to pay for an overnight or even two-day delivery for a bear market bifurcation.

What has Bob said about how fast a bear market can move down and how much notice The Model ("Igor, it's alive! Alive, I tell you!) will give before serious points are shaved off of gains. I've studied the historical charts and they often seem to bump at the top for a while, then take a series of sharp breaks down. If the top takes some time, does The Model 'know' it's a top?

As for notice: Heck, it's real pretty up here--southern Vancouver Island. The golf is great. There are wonderful areas for power or sail boating. Maybe he ought to just spend his winters in hot places (like Florida) and summers on an Island off the west coast of North America. That'd save me fretting postal service delays.

Regards,
David Todtman
