Larry, let me put it succinctly, Saddam Hussein is a "Murderous Thug", he started murdering with his own hands at the age of 12 and has not stopped until he got to the position where he delegated the job to underlings. It is a different question if it is our job to go around the word and eliminate all "Murderous Thugs", and whether we include in this category those that practice murder with their own hands or delegate it to others.
