Insider buying is very important. Also insiders are buying TXN .
and YES the Insiders know more than everybody else. Not just insiders
are buying , Mutual funds are heavily buying ALSC and other semiconductor makers and disk drive companies. ALSC insiders own more than 40 % of the stock.
