Silicon Motion beats by $0.05, beats on revs; guides Q4 revs above consensus 6:03 PM ET 11/1/23 \| Briefing.com Reports Q3 (Sep) earnings of $0.63 per share, excluding non-recurring items, $0.05 better than the FactSet Consensus of $0.58; revenues fell 31.3% year/year to $172.3 mln vs the $165.7 mln FactSet Consensus. Co issues upside guidance for Q4, sees Q4 revs of $190-198 mln vs. $172.89 mln FactSet Consensus.Co added, "We expect our business to continue to rebound in the fourth quarter as channel inventory normalizes and OEM demand further improves, leading to better-than-seasonal sequential revenue growth. Order patterns and visibility have improved significantly since the start of this year and with inventory levels normalizing and a strong pipeline of design wins, we are well positioned to deliver growth in 2024."
