Roger et al Asbestos icon tell DCI will be an equal partner with FTEL in FNET. i.e. if FTEL has 20,000,000 shares of FNET then either a)DCI gets 1/2 of FTEL's FNET shares or b)20,000,000 shares would be born, immaculately so to speak, to be given to DCI. I answer in a light hearted manner because I don't really know the answer and hope to hide that fact with glibness <G>. Sam
