It is a little far-fetched, isn't it. Stumbled across it and thought it timely and topical. Can't say I buy the scenario; but I am curious as to what the heck Saddam is up to. The Gulf War and the sanctions have had to cost him at least 250 billion dollars in lost revenue and weapons etc. For what??? Is he really so stupid. I imagine he must have some plan, some goal, some end game. What is Saddam trying to accomplish???
