BPSOX had an Oversold Buy Signal of only 2 PnF Buy Signals last Friday. Despite most stocks in the SOX lowering guidance the SOX and associated stocks has been trading higher all week. It is my belief that once the BPSOX is too oversold it can only go higher. Might close at 8 today. But keep in mind it can reach a low reading of 0 and a high of 30 when over bought.
