Yes, PBY has taken quite a beating. Is it a value stock yet? I hope so, since I've been bottom fishing at these levels.

Current P/E = 15.3, compared to historical P/E ratios of 19.8, 21.6, 24.7, 26.4, 27.5, 24.8 at the end of Fiscal Years 1992 through 1997.

Despite regular annual increases in dividends for years, the current dividend payout is only 15% of EPS. Current yield is the highest in years.

Current PSR is about 0.77, compared to historical PSR's ranging from 0.95 to 1.4 for the last six years.

It seems to have found good support in the low $20's.
