I tried to check the source of Mr. Pink's news regarding ACRT, but was unable to find it. I then checked with the information concerning the credentials that Mr. Pink posts on SI. He apparently avoids sharing information concerning himself. I then reviewed his latest posts on SI and I note his unusual interest in shorts and shorting stocks.

Lastly, his claim that ACRT is hitting the rocks is unsupported by ACRT's TAD's aceptance in the market place and latest earning report. About the only indication of something is the lack-luster performance of ACRT resulting from its earnings and forcasts. But then there are many stocks that were hit durning the last quarter of 1997 that havn't yet recovered.

So, while Mr. Pink is supported by the 5th amendment to post anything he wants to,he lacks substance, truth and credibility.

Joe.
