Today in the Older Folk Portfolio, I added $5K each to BEP, BIPC and CM.

CM .. 6.62% yield
BEP .. 5.85%
BIPC .. 5.00%

This increased the annual income by $883. This brings the forward 12 month annual income to $405,477.

This portfolio has a 6.27% yield with a 4.2% dividend growth rate.
