You would have been right if the money were in Iomega selling their Zip drives--it's not. The money is made by Iomega being able to sell their Zip discs at obscene profits. Knock-off discs will take this money straight out of Iomega's pocket.

As more bad news is revealed about this, look for IOM stock price to fall even more. It will probably break support at $8 and fall to $6 1/2.
