Here's what I know for now with regards to the use of the $13 million financing:
The first two acquisitions are
1. 220 Pretzelmakers cost: about $7 million
2. approximately 53 auto stores cost: unknown
3. I assume the third is a chain of 22 Pretzel outlets in Florida although I thought this purchase had already been completed.

Prior to these acquistions the company had only one auto store in Canada and about 15 Pretzel stores. They are also expanding in several other ways going into Wholesale manufacturing of their pretzels. They are also supplying fresh and packaged pretzels to Price Costco stores in Canada.

Once these acquisitions are closed and finalized someone needs to do an overall analysis of where that leaves the company.

Nevertheless, as stated to me by Dan Masters, CEO of MIS, these acquistions change the company from a $1,000,000 per year to a $30,000,000 per year company. There are just over 16 million outstanding shares.
