I'll tell you folks a funny story. About twelve years ago I was over on Vashon Island where I grew up to help my brother take care of my dad. I handled cooking dinner one night and my dad was watching the nightly news, ABC World News Tonight. I had just finished putting dinner on my dad's tray and started walking to his room when I heard him laughing. I turned the corner and a commercial had just started. A white background with a lump of black coal in the foreground and words above it saying "Clean Coal". I immediately started laughing too. We couldn't help it!!! What total bullshit and lies. I guess the coal industry was trying to prey on the ignorance of most people regarding coal based power. Totally pathetic. Again Sdgla just doesn't know the chemistry involved. The products of combustion of fossil fuels.
