Re: Ag play & CNHI

Added more at $10.28. Same here, should I scale up to the same size of AGCO?

I started another AG name PAHC w/ several buys today on disappointing earnings. PAHC sells animal supplements. They are a small player but have long term standing accounts w/ many farm operators.

Also, more buys in CTVA -8% on earnings but actually reaffirmed 2024 guidance. They help develop & distribute those hybrid seeds the farmers need.

SANW -0.69% another seed developer w/ adds yesterday at $0.6527 came out w/ their earnings. Good recurring revenues but did post a loss. CTVA is a large partner w/ SANW and their main distributor. The largest shareholder of SANW has ties to Pioneer seeds.

---------------------------------------

I want to build up my Ag basket as all of these companies are important to growing the food we need & export. Have ANDE, TSN, UAN, BWEL as well as farmland REITs in FPI & LAND. Just not sure what ones to add to as each has their own story & challenges.

Have owned CALM (the egg producer) ion the past and closed out LMNR (an orchard grower).

Maybe SENEA as they work w/ over 2000 America Farms to package & distribute their produce under private label. I have on my watch list now. At a 3.5x PE it appears it gets no respect.

If you follow any other Ag names, throw them in the mix as US is the bread basket for the world. Now w/ AI Technology for driverless tractors and satellite field monitoring, there is a lot of new technologies that we can develop and deploy for the world.
