XBI checkback is right. It is right at the green line.
Doesn't have room to fall much lower. it should either bounce here or at worst at 66.45.

66 would make it a potential sell.

If I were to play it, I'd buy at 66.50 and put a stop at 65.95, or wait for a bounce above 66 and then buy.
