If they locked in debt at low rates. it makes no sense to pay it off. T and AAPL sold I think issued 1 percent 20 year bonds at the low in interest rates. No idea if COHU was that lucky. I doubt they qualified for 1 percent bonds but lower than today's rates would be a plus. I think it will be a trend for a lot of companies.
