I have no idea what the facts are that the FBI possessed that might have prompted use of an armored vehicle against a winger who ran from them. And, neither do you. If there were no facts to warrant its use, then you have a point, although I still think there's a difference between a tank and an armored vehicle such as the one pictured in news reports. You don't have any facts to support your supposition, so we'll leave it at that.
Also, even though you have no facts, you distinguish between this winger's behavior and "a wildly unpredictable violent gangbanger." What is the difference you see, factually, between this winger running from the FBI in a neighborhood and a wildly unpredictable gangbanger? Finally, please show me what prompts you to state that I think utilization of an armored vehicle by the FBI against the "gangbanger" is inappropriate under certain circumstances AND where I "questioned it."
