The other whopper is Li cells don't last.
I'm not sure my plug-in hybrid battery will have near 100% capacity once it becomes 10 years old.

Heck, I'm not even sure it will have that much capacity 5 years from now, given how often it needs to be charged from 25% to 100%.

I'll be happy if it retains 90% capacity by then.

P.S. - Maybe the fact that I charge my battery at 110V can help with the longevity. Just noodlin' ...
