I'm new to this thread...
But Jimmy Rogers need to freshen up his act...seems very bitter lately, probably because of his overly bearish stand for the last 3 years.
Away from him, Morgan Stanley's Churchouse, an analyst I respect, recently re-iterated his call for a 15,500 HSI for 1998. The timing is unknown. Barton Biggs, also MS, likes the Asian markets all bouncing back about 40-50% by summer. I hope that they're right, I have loaded up on many Asian stocks during my last visit to the Far East, and more recently, a lot of Indian shares..
