so I literally own 5 shares at $4.2.
I recently did a position count for all my portfolio's and they now total 178!

I too have tracking positions, many more than in the past. I will then scale into a position as I learn more about a company which typical will take me 6 months.

That said, I probably s/d close out 50 of those positions as they are small and better to consolidate monies into larger holdings. I still focus on building 0.5% portfolio positions and eventually will bring that to a 1% size but have had good success in the past w/ smaller holdings and just letting them grow.

FWIW, 35 years ago, it was rare to see an equity > $100/share. Now it is common to see good stocks in the $200-$300 per share price.
