Shawn, Regarding the settled lawsuit, you'd have to say that Newmin pulled off a pretty sweet deal, wouldn't you? <<During the nine months ended August 31, 1997 the Company entered into an agreement with Union Bank to settle a previous existing note payable and judgment with a balance due of $333,000.
