The really sad thing T is Ukraine effectively the entire time has had one hand tied behind it's back.

I agree that f-16's are fairly effective, especially the ones with updated avionics. But ground to air stuff today is fairly effective.

But it's an old platform.

I wouldn't want to be in the cockpit going up against the Russians! Heck anything for that matter.

Ukraine needs long range missiles spades. They can be really effective especially in swarms.

That pushes back Russian equipment. Just look what it has done to the Russian navy in the Black Sea.

Drones

All sides have learned a lot about the potential here. Evolving at warp speed.

Iran has given the ruskies breathing room.

That needs to be dealt with.
