What's interesting is Tesla is making a lot of money for some Tesla Powerwall owners in California.

During the last heatwave in California last summer approximately 7,000 Powerwall owners sold back approximately 30 megawatts of power to the grid. Making on average $50 per kWh! That pays off a system pretty darn fast.

Discharging to support the grid. This is going on big time in Australia with almost 50,000 Powerwalls installed.

The ultimate will be your electric car acting as storage for you, your neighborhood and the larger grid.

It's coming fast.

And you will be paid! You only have to spill a little bit of that capacity to support the grid.

All the technology exists today to make it happen.

A piece of cake.

Now it's just a matter of scale...
