True, but there's this little thing called credibility. Your first post on this thread was Friday, February 13, and you'd have us believe that you were long TSRI, then sold at $28 - because you'd noticed some "Elliott Wave" indicator pertaining to the stock. To me, the first rule of prognostication is that you have to make the prediction before the event occurs, not afterward. It seems to me you'd like to take credit for a prediction you never made, not publicly anyway.

Ty R on this thread has been (correctly) bullish for some time, and has never called for any "top" as you'd have us believe. I first posted a bullish message on Nov. 17, 1997: www4.techstocks.com
So where were you during this time? You haven't been shy about posting on other threads (nothing wrong with that). Why, if you were actually TSRI, did you wait until 2 days after you supposedly sold it to announce your brilliance?

As to the $16/share private placement, I thought you said you sold TSRI solely because of your "Elliot Wave" indicator, and stated if not for that, you'd "still be in". Now you're saying the private placement is keeping you out? The private placement was for 160,000 shares (by the company) out of nearly 6 million. You're worried about the dilution there? All IPO's are essentially "private placements" in that the majority of the public has no chance to participate. Would you avoid every stock that was once an IPO, simply because some "big money player" got a better price than was available to you? You had plenty of time to buy TSRI when it was $16 and lower. In fact, it was just below $16 (split adjusted) at the time I first posted on SI. I believe it was substantially lower than that when Ty was first making his bullish remarks.

Forgive me if this is unfairly harsh. If you think you've found some indicator showing reliable price patterns for TSRI, why not share that info with the group, using actual numbers? I have stated my reasons for liking TSRI in the past, as have others. Some even have stated why they didn't like TSRI, and while I didn't always agree, it's helpful to see that information as well. What irked me about you was that you just showed up out of nowhere, claiming that you "called" TSRI's price movements, when there's no evidence that you did. Then you'd have us believe that your "prediction" of $28 as a top is valid, because of your past "success". If I had to guess, I'd conjecture that you took a short position on Friday, based on a two day decline. To me, two days is not long enough to establish a trend. I prefer to look at the weekly charts for direction, and in that, TSRI still shows an uptrend.
